With all tags, labels, and price stickers attached

Return & Exchange Process
Submit a request to customer service via WhatsApp or email within 1 day of receiving the order.
Attach a copy of the electronic invoice (from your account or email).
Repack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring:
It is unused and in perfect condition
All original packaging, labels, and tags are included
Ship the product through a reliable courier of your choice to the address provided by customer service.
Once received, our team will inspect the product to ensure all conditions are met.
Exchange: A replacement will be shipped within 5–10 business days after the customer pays the new shipping cost.
Return: A refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5–10 business days, after deducting shipping fees.
Cases where exchange is NOT allowed
If the product was custom-made or personalized, unless it has a defect or does not match specifications.
If the product is opened or used media/software (e.g., CDs, DVDs, software).
If the product includes newspapers, magazines, books, or publications.
If damage occurred due to customer misuse.
If the contract involves services (accommodation, transport, or catering).
If the purchase involves downloadable digital products.
Return Policy
